JJPK Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and JJPK ("JJPK", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JJPK website located at jjpk.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the JJPK platform, creating an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Service.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the JJPK platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money balances and any bonus funds separately recorded.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin award, cashback, deposit match or other incentive offered by JJPK to a Player, subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by JJPK to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful, restricted or requires a licence that JJPK does not hold.
• "Service" means the JJPK website, gaming platform, sportsbook, live casino, slot games, promotional programmes and any related services operated under the jjpk.cam domain.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency displayed for informational and balance reference purposes on the platform where applicable.

To register and maintain an Account with JJPK, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or any territory where your use of the Service would be unlawful.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant or close family member of an employee of JJPK or any associated entity, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from JJPK or any affiliated platform, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by JJPK in accordance with its reinstatement procedure.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
7. The funds deposited into your Account are not proceeds of criminal activity.

Each individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. JJPK reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all bonuses credited to such accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided to JJPK is accurate, complete and kept up to date. You must notify JJPK promptly of any change to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify JJPK support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

JJPK shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

JJPK displays balance information in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of players in Pakistan. All deposits must be made using payment methods available in your region as listed in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

References to payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorses, supports or affiliates with gambling operators. Actual payment method availability, deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times and applicable fees are determined by the payment provider and confirmed within the JJPK cashier.

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit or otherwise approved through the KYC process.
• JJPK reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.

JJPK may offer promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, referral rewards and VIP programme perks. All bonuses are governed by specific promotional terms which are published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: A per-bet or per-spin maximum applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and the forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute at 100% while certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage. Refer to the applicable promotion for the contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balances are cancelled upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotional bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from that bonus. This cap is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, only deposits meeting the minimum stated threshold will trigger the bonus.

JJPK reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. All bonus decisions are final. JJPK may at its discretion refuse, restrict or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage or fraudulent activity has occurred.

All bets placed and games participated in on JJPK are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before participating.

JJPK offers sports betting markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL and T20 competitions, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football and UFC events, among others. These market references are subject to availability and may change without notice. The inclusion of sports references does not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, the relevant sports governing bodies or leagues.

• Bets accepted on the platform are final once confirmed, subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game.
• JJPK reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrectly priced markets, or where the integrity of a market is in question.
• Game outcomes for casino and slot products are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Quoted RTP figures for illustrative purposes represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session returns.
• JJPK is not responsible for technical failures on the Player's device, network or internet connection that interrupt a gaming session. Any resulting disputes will be resolved against the verified server-side game record.

JJPK is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per defined time period. Breaching this threshold suspends further gaming activity for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration. A notification is displayed upon reaching the set limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period or permanent exclusion by contacting JJPK support. Self-exclusion requests are enforced across the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JJPK platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Service if you are under the minimum age requirement.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Service in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, pricing anomalies or technical malfunctions in the platform for personal gain.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" including systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, limit or responsible gambling restriction in place on your Account.
• Accessing the Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or via any means designed to conceal your true geographic location.

JJPK reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all bets and bonuses associated with such conduct, and withhold or recover any funds that were obtained through prohibited means.

All content on the JJPK platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, user interface elements, software code and game assets, is the proprietary property of JJPK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, licence or interest in JJPK's intellectual property is granted to you, whether expressly or by implication.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly display or create derivative works of any content on the JJPK platform without prior written consent from JJPK.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJPK, its directors, employees, contractors, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to or use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gaming or betting activity.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service for any reason.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on information displayed on the platform, including illustrative RTP figures, example bonus amounts or payment processing timelines.
• Loss arising from your participation in any game or market in a jurisdiction where such participation is unlawful.

Gambling involves financial risk. JJPK is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee returns, winnings or outcomes of any kind. All gaming and betting activity is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

JJPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations that require the termination of an Account.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, JJPK shall conduct a review of any outstanding balance. Where no legitimate reason to withhold funds is identified following that review, eligible real-money balances may be returned to the Player via an approved withdrawal method. Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be voided where termination results from a breach of these Terms.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting JJPK support. Voluntary closures resulting from problem gambling concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JJPK holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection law.

By using the JJPK platform, you acknowledge that gambling laws vary between jurisdictions and that it is your responsibility to ensure your participation is lawful in your own location. JJPK does not represent or warrant that the Service is available or appropriate for use in any specific country or region.
